Once payment confirmation is made, your order will be shipped out from one of our global warehouses within 24-72 hours [Monday – Friday excluding weekends and public holidays].

We ship via DHL Express as a standard courier.

Or EMS or RAM(Registered Air Mail) via post office if requested.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is successfully received upon delivery.

The customer should utilise tracking/waybill details provided by Customer Service Staff to follow the package online so that you can plan for someone to sign for it on your behalf, or you can request to reschedule with the courier, should you anticipate that you will not be home at that time. Due to high volumes of orders and daily shipments, we are unfortunately unable to track each and every order for you.  A package not delivered in a timely manner due to “recipient not home” or “recipient unreachable” will cause the package to be automatically returned to us within a few days. This will result in a reshipment, in which it is the customer’s obligation to pay for reshipment of the product.



In rare circumstances the package / delivery may be put on hold at Customs due to taxes (or other reasons) for more than 10 days.

Duty & Tax Notice – The customer is the importer of items purchased and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination’s officials upon arrival to your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer as Elix-Health has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may add up to.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

*Please contact us directly at [email protected] if you wish to reject the package and not pay the additional taxes. Upon receipt of your “non damaged /used” returned package we will:

  1. Re-ship Package
  2. Process a full refund

Note* You must officially “Reject the package” with customs and request the package be “Returned to Sender”. If you fail to officially reject the package, the local Customs or local Authority will destroy the contents and we will be unable to re-ship or refund your order.

Package / contents used or broken are NOT ACCEPTED. Package must be returned within 30 days. Return postage to be paid by the customer.

Note* Cost of re-delivery in some circumstances will be at the Customers own expense when:

  1. Customer has provided incorrect shipping address.
  2. Did not receive or pick up the package as per individual country postal requirements.
  3. Wrong information was provided and resulting in non-delivery.


Refunds will be issued if the following requirements* are met:

  1. The package must be returned in its original condition, with no damage, product seal of quality is not tampered with; and contents not used.
  2. Refund pricing will be subject to our evaluation of the condition of the returned products and expiry date. In most cases expired products will not be accepted back into stock, unless it is a fault on our end.
  3. Refunds are processed on every 15th and 30th /31st of each month.
  4. Individual Bank fees may apply and would be deducted from the amount transferred to you (please check with your personal banking institute for rates and other information).                                                        

*A “Request for Refund” of an item, must be initiated within 30 days, after the item has been delivered to the customer.

A minimum order of $350 is required for bank transfers, due to high financial charges. The Customer shall bear all bank fees and charges due, to complete the money transfer.

If you make a bank transfer, please let us know by e-mail that you have done so. When we receive your payment, we will ship your order within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends).Please be aware that international bank transfers can take a few days to complete.
