  • 3 slices cooked turkey
  • 6 rashers smoked streaky bacon cooked and cooled
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 3 lettuce leaves romaine, iceberg, or spherical lettuce
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • ½ medium avocado pitted and sliced (non-compulsory)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 pinch garlic granules
  • 1 pinch onion granules

Directions

  • Prepare dinner the bacon for your liking, then put aside to chill
  • Lay out a slice of cooked turkey (like you can a small wrap) after which smear over a tsp of mayonnaise
  • Upload 1 lettuce leaf, some avocado, 2 rashers of bacon and slices of tomato
  • Roll the turkey like you can a wrap, then repeat with each and every slice of turkey
  • Upload the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic & onion granules to a small dish and blend in combination. Sprinkle over each and every turkey BLT so as to add slightly of additional flavour and crunch
