  • 400 grams mince lean lamb, turkey, rooster, beef, or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic overwhelmed
  • 200 grams tinned chopped tomatoes (½ a big can)
  • 2 tsp contemporary ginger peeled & grated
  • ½ tsp floor turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds overwhelmed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 medium purple chillies finely chopped
  • 50 grams frozen peas
  • 10 entire closed cup mushrooms quartered
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 handful contemporary coriander leaves chopped


  • Warmth oil in a pan and upload onion and garlic, cook dinner for roughly 20 mins on low-medium warmth till the onions flip a golden brown
  • As soon as browned upload the tomatoes, ginger, salt, turmeric, cumin, and chillies. Stir in combination, use your spoon to mash the tomatoes and onions to create a paste. Be sure that the sauce and spices come in combination leaving a thick glossy paste
  • Flip the warmth up and upload the mushrooms to cook dinner for five mins
  • Upload the mince and stir thru, coating all of the mince with the sauce. Go away to chill for five mins then stir within the peas, scale back warmth, quilt and go away to cook dinner for every other 5 mins
  • Flip the warmth up and fry for a couple of mins to cut back any liquid that could be provide. Upload a teaspoon of garam masala and the contemporary coriander to complete
  •  Serve with 3-4 tbsp of basmati or wholegrain rice, or 1 x Venture Deli wholemeal wrap and cauliflower rice
