  • 1 Venture Deli Wholemeal Wraps or BFREE wrap
  • ¼ tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium clove of garlic minced
  • ¼ medium pink pepper sliced
  • ¼ medium yellow pepper sliced
  • 1 handful child spinach
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • a pinch salt and floor black pepper


  • Warmth olive oil in a pan over medium warmth
  • Upload garlic and peppers to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to style and fry for 2-3 mins
  • Upload spinach to the pan and fry for an extra minute, then take away from the warmth
  • Warmth a big pan or griddle pan over medium-high warmth and a drizzle of olive oil. Unfold hummus on one part of the tortilla. Best the hummus with the spinach and pepper combine. Fold the tortilla in part and position it within the pan. Cook dinner till browned at the backside facet. Turn and brown the opposite facet
  • Take away from warmth, slice and serve with extra spinach leaves and olives
